Michelle was already a little heavier than she wanted to be when she quit smoking in mid 2006. The pounds continued to pile on. On January 4th this year she joined Weight Watchers and has been enormously successful. She started out at 180 pounds and is now down to 149 in just over three months. She is 5'8" tall. The picture here was taken before she started her diet in December 2006.
Her goal is to weigh between 135 to 140 pounds. She's almost there! See her weight loss success story here.
